1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our boutique in Luxembourg or from our warehouse in France.

We take great care in preparing and packing each order to ensure safe delivery.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During harvest season, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship to:

- European Union countries
