Everything started with one tree
We are a small, family-owned, traditional olive oil producer, making oil the old-fashioned way, with a strong emphasis on quality and flavor. Our property lies at the heart of a wild, secluded valley among the hills of the Parc du Luberon, in Provence, Southern France.

Our "Maturé Noir" is a traditional taste unique to France. The olives undergo a controlled fermentation process yielding an oil characterized by hints of cocao, mushroom and vanilla. Stainless steel container for optimal storage with built in pouring spout. Practical and Stylish. Winner of the 2021 Gold Medal at the prestigious Nyons AOP competition.
