Our award-winning AOC Provence olive oil is made principally with Aglandau olives, along with Picholine, Cayon and Bouteillan varieties.
Les Templiers de Provence olive oil is a perfect condiment for salads, fish, vegetables, bread dipping.  Our olives are harvested in mid-November and pressed immediately to maximize fruitiness and taste. The oil’s pepperiness is a sign of freshness and quality. We employ ‘reasonable agriculture’ methods on our family farm nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Luberon Park in Provence, France.

The Harvest is finished! We had 18 tonnes of olives which make about 3300 litres of AOC Green Fruity and Black Fruity premium olive oil. We can fulfill orders for 'fruité vert' immediately and 'fruité noir' at the end of November.
