Harvest 2026 Starts Monday

This is what our trees look like today, loaded with olives. On Monday 26 October, the 2026 harvest begins.

Our machines pick the olives at the right moment and we take them to the mill the same day. The result is our AOP Provence extra virgin olive oil, Gold Medal winner at Marseille PACA 2026..
