We are a small, family-owned, traditional olive oil producer, making oil the old-fashioned way, with a strong emphasis on quality and flavor. Our property lies at the heart of a wild, secluded valley among the hills of the Parc du Luberon, in Provence, Southern France.

Our "Maturé Noir" is a traditional taste unique to France. The olives undergo a controlled fermentation process yielding an oil characterized by hints of cacao, mushroom and vanilla. Stainless steel container for optimal storage with built in pouring spout. Practical and Stylish.
